Education has the power to change the trajectory of a person's life. That's why the foundation invests in scholarships and awards that help students pursue college degrees, career training, and professional advancement.
Since 2019, the Courageous Corazón Foundation has awarded more than $60,000 in scholarships to 116 students, supporting educational opportunities across Northern Nevada.

Celebrating Latino Leadership
Throughout Northern Nevada, Latino leaders are making meaningful contributions to education, business, public service, the arts, and countless other fields. Yet too often, their achievements go unrecognized.
Courageous Corazón Foundation is committed to celebrating the individuals whose leadership, service, and perseverance are helping strengthen our communities and inspire future generations.
Through partnerships with the Nevada Women's Fund's annual Salute to Women of Achievement, the foundation has proudly sponsored and recognized exceptional minority women whose stories reflect the courage, resilience, and commitment that define our mission. The foundation also highlights Latino leaders throughout the year, recognizing the lasting impact they have on our region and ensuring their accomplishments are seen and celebrated.
